Derrick Parrott is a lifelong resident of Mayfield who has called this community home his entire life, except for the time he spent away earning his degree. He believes strong cities are built through connection, collaboration, accountability, and service.

A committed community leader, Derrick is passionate about economic development, creating opportunities for youth, and leading with integrity and transparency. He is personally invested in Mayfield’s future as a father to Derrick and Arie and husband to Ashley Parrott.

Derrick is running for mayor to help move Mayfield forward with responsible leadership, thoughtful growth, and a clear vision for the next chapter of our city.
